Product Specification
The reference is defined in writing — construction, materials, dimensions, fitment coverage and pack contents — before sourcing begins.
Incoming Inspection
Materials and components are checked against the agreed specification at intake.
Production Control
Defined checkpoints are applied during production rather than only at the end of a run.
Product Testing
Products are assessed against the criteria set for their category before release.
Packaging Inspection
Artwork, language, barcodes, unit counts and master pack integrity are verified.
Final Inspection
A release check is performed on the finished, packed goods before shipment.
Traceability
Production and inspection records are kept so that any reference can be traced back through the process.
Published only when it exists.
REGAX does not display certifications, approvals, test reports or technical ratings that have not been issued for the specific product. Where documentation exists it is published against the reference it belongs to. Where it does not, the field is left out.
